You have two (2) options to access your back up

• On your personal computer: go to Vodafone PC Backup Pro Settings and click on the Restore tab. You can see all of your backups and retrieve them back
• On any computer: go to "https://login.pcbackuppro.vodafone.com.eg/login/userlogin and login with your account (username and password). You will be able to view all your files and folders. click on the file you like to retrieve back and press on the restore button. the file will be successfully restored on the machine your are accessing from.

You will need to visit www.vodafone.com.eg\vsp and download the PC Backup client.
You will then need to enter your USB number first, where you will receive a verification code on your USB Vodafone connect. (check figure1). Complete the required information and you will receive on your email the download link and the license key. Install the application and activate your account by entering again your email address and PC Backup license key.

Vodafone website uses https protocol in the login and Payment pages only, as using it in all Vodafone pages will make the pages slower, and there is no need to encrypt pages that doesn’t have confidential data

You start getting notifications that his account is about to expire 2 weeks prior of to the service expiry date. You can upgrade to the full version by calling 888.
Note: If you don’t upgrade before trial version is expired, you lose all the data stored online on Vodafone PC Backup cloud.

You will get a 2 GB of online storage available for 3 months from the date of activating VF PC Backup. Once you have signed up to one of the USB rate plans that includes a PC Backup pack you will need to download and install the Vodafone PC Backup client from www.vodafone.com.eg\vsp

If you backup using mobile broadband, then the data used during your PC Backup will come out of your monthly USB data allowance. To prevent these charges we have introduced, you can backup using your home or office fixed/wireless connectivity (ADSL) you will not be charged for the usage from Vodafone.
